Expo printouts
Festival-mode print pack
These are the booth-ready print contents for educator and school activation. SSApp keeps the educator journey. SchoolCSE keeps the school activation and visibility journey.
Uwazi XP for Educators
Join the educator programme, enter festival mode, complete quests, and build visible proof.
What the QR should do
Open the educator landing in SSApp, then move the educator into the in-app programme application and festival-mode quests.
Scan the educator QR in SSApp.
Create or confirm the educator account.
Complete the educator programme application in-app.
If accepted, enter festival mode and start the first quests.
Keep evidence, passport, and token progress moving inside SSApp.
Keep the wording short on print: apply, get accepted, enter festival mode, complete quests, earn proof.
SchoolCSE for school activation
Schools apply for Uwazi XP, get licensed, and then use SchoolCSE as the school-side festival-mode shell.
What the QR should do
Open the SchoolCSE school landing so leaders can register, apply for Uwazi XP, and move into school festival mode.
Scan the school QR in SchoolCSE.
Create the school account and complete package activation.
Apply for Uwazi XP licensing.
Once licensed, enter school festival mode.
Use SchoolCSE for setup, readiness, educator follow-through, and festival command.
Keep the school promise clear: licensing unlocks readiness, grouping, educator follow-through, and festival command in one school shell.
One educator QR to SSApp. One school QR to SchoolCSE. Avoid a generic website detour for the expo.
Staff script: if educator, send to SSApp. If school leader, send to SchoolCSE. Keep the two journeys distinct.
Avoid internal product copy. Use simple action verbs: apply, activate, enter festival mode, complete quests, show proof.
